This 1-Day Professional Coffee Business – Level 2 comprehensive class expands and applies the coffee business concepts learned in Professional Coffee Business – Level 1 and will provide critical knowledge and skills needed to increase the chances of success for any business owner.  

It is recommended for anyone: who is considering opening a coffee shop; who has started the planning process to open a coffee shop; and coffee shop owners who recently opened a coffee shop; wanting to further develop and expand their coffee knowledge and business acumen to an advanced level to open and operate a successful coffee shop business. 

This course is also suitable for someone who has experience working in a coffee shop and wants to explore the possibility of opening their own coffee shop, and anyone with food, bakery or retail experience that wants to complement their existing business with a specialty coffee offering. Class sizes are kept small, and we provide extensive hands-on training and coaching, including working with commercial coffee equipment in our state-of-the-art coffee lab.
