In addition, this class will provide learning about bean varietals, processing methods, regional taste and roasting profiles (the bean-to-cup chain); efficient coffee bar design, and much more.

Included with your class is a Student Manual and New Jersey Coffee School Certificate of Completion.

Class sizes are kept small, and we provide extensive hands-on training and coaching, working with commercial coffee equipment in our state-of-the-art coffee lab. This course is comprehensive and provides a substantial opportunity for anyone interested in taking their barista and business owner knowledge and skills to the next level.
