  • This course focuses on sensory techniques and does not include brewing or barista skills. For brewing-specific classes, consider our Precision Coffee Brewing Class or Barista Training programs.

  • Coffee Origins: Understanding how origin impacts flavor and aroma.
  • The Coffee Taster’s Wheel: Learning to identify and describe key flavors and aromas.
  • Aroma Evaluation: Techniques for recognizing and categorizing coffee aromas, including hands-on work with the Le Nez du Café Aroma Kit.
  • Cupping Techniques: Hands-on practice with professional coffee cupping.
  • Flavor Profiling: Developing your palate to identify sweetness, acidity, body, and finish.
